BENCHMARKS
Benchmarks
is a 164-item, multi-rater feedback instrument for assessing managers
and executives. The only research-based instrument that incorporates a
strategy for change as a part of the feedback process, Benchmarks provides
managers and executives with a unique opportunity to identify success
factors, derailment potential and chart goals for meeting developmental
needs. Benchmarks is an outgrowth of a continuing study by the Center
for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina, which focuses on
key events that have impacted the careers of high-potential managers.
