Jane BermontJane Bermont is President of Bermont & Associates, a management consulting and training firm specializing in executive coaching, team building, change management and diversity. She combines professional skills in organizational development and psychology and has twenty years of consulting experience with a wide variety of corporations and professional service firms. As a seasoned consultant, Jane is often called upon when executives or managers find that their people skills are limiting or impeding their effectiveness. Her long-standing commitment is to the "human side of the enterprise". Jane brings her clinical knowledge and expertise to her strategic change management and diversity work. She is the founder of the Boston Work/Family Forum, a network of researchers and consultants specializing in the work/family and diversity areas. She is a frequent presenter on the topics of Change Management, Diversity, Women's Leadership, Work and Family, Sexual Harassment and Corporate Culture Change. Jane is a certified Benchmarks trainer and consultant. Benchmarks is a 164-item, multi-rater feedback instrument for assessing managers and executives. The only research-based instrument that incorporates a strategy for change as a part of the feedback process, Benchmarks provides managers and executives with a unique opportunity to identify success factors, derailment potential and chart goals for meeting developmental needs. Jane's previous positions include Senior Consultant at WFD (Work/Family Directions) where she was the the Practice Leader for Women's Advancement; Vice President McLean EAP; and Executive Vice President, Ibis Consulting Group, Inc. Jane received her B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and her M.S.S. from Bryn Mawr College.
